[Just a few things about Lauri's results]
Lauri Ott was on maternity leave and came to me to help her get on the right track with resistance training. She is a mother of three and baby Emmerson would come with her and watch her mommy lose those inches. At 75 years of age, I felt I was on the verge of loosing my independence due to changes in strength and balance! October of 2007 I was diagnosed with MS. I thought with MS I would not be able to get in shape. That was until I met Kyle. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 6 years ago. As a mom of two and a nurse, I refused to take the painkillers, muscle relaxants and narcotics that my doctors wanted to give me. I got used to being chronically fatigued with muscle aches and joint pain. When a friend told me about training with Kyle, I thought maybe it would help a little. I had tried to exercise on my own but lacked the motivation when I constantly felt like I had the flu. After discussing my health issues, Kyle came up with a game plan to help get me started. We started slow but built on it quickly. I started to notice that I had more energy and was sleeping better. This renewed energy allowed me to increase my workouts. My results just got better and better! Soon Kyle had me doing everything from plyometrics to weights to kick boxing! She kept me motivated and continued to get results out of me that I didn't think was possible! Soon everyone around me noticed the changes. I lost weight, my fatigue decreased and I felt great! With less joint pain and muscle aches, I was better able to make it through my day not only at work but at home as a wife and mother. Thank you Kyle for sticking with me and not letting me quit when I was having a "bad fibro day." You helped me push through and come out better on the other side. Exercising with Kyle allowed me to make a game plan, set goals and achieve them. Exercising with Kyle will benefit anyone but for me it was life changing!

To say that Kyle is an inspiration is an understatement. While Kyle does inspire people, she does so much more, she truly cares. When I joined the Biggest Loser contest in January 2010, I did so knowing that I needed to lose weight. My cholesterol was in the high range, my energy level was low and I was not feeling very motivated. I had tried to change my eating habits; but, could not seem to make it work. Each week of the contest, Kyle was there to cheer me on, share information about eating healthy and praise me for my efforts to eat better and exercise. I realized about a month into the contest that what had worked for me 10 years or even 5 year ago for weight loss and exercise was not working for me now. I had not taken into consideration that I was older and my body was different as were the demands on my time. Kyle encouraged me to be patient and helped me to learn more about nutrition and exercise for this stage in my life. I was definitely looking for a lifestyle change, not something short term. The more in sync I became with my body, the pounds started melting off and I was feeling great. Although I did not win the contest, I did win the best prize ever…an opportunity to work out with Kyle. Kyle held raffles each week and one week there was the opportunity to workout with Kyle for three sessions. Working with Kyle helped me to refine my exercise routine and push myself to have higher expectations for what I could achieve and transform my body. It was no longer just about losing weight or wearing a smaller size, it was more about being healthy and tone. Within three months, I lost almost 20 pounds, went from a size 10 to size 4, my cholesterol was back in the average range and I was smiling a whole lot more. Now, I cannot imagine not continuing on this lifelong journey of taking care of myself nor not having Kyle as a friend. Kyle continues to check in on me and encourage me and it comes from her true desire to help others. Thank you Kyle!

Theresa lost a total of 17.6 lbs., 11.72% of her body weight in 3 months. Prior to losing the weight, there was a threat of her having to take some meds for a potential problem. After losing the weight, she got a Clean Bill of Health from her doctor. She looks amazing and is back in the game of living a long, healthy, and active life with her family. Since losing the weight, she too is drinking Yoli, which helps promote weight loss. A job well done, Theresa!!!!

I came to Kyle for the month of May, when I was in a real workout slump. Although I had been on a fairly committed path over the last two years, I had suddenly lost interest, motivation, and desire to better myself. I was doing cardio sporadically, but given up on my weight training. Kyle quickly got me re-energized!
In addition to her positive and uplifting personality, she herself was a living example of the power of determination and drive. I started believing in myself again, simply by adopting Kyle's philosophy and seeing, in her, the incredible results of commitment and hard work. Jessica lost a total of 38.4 lbs., 19.14% of her body weight in 3 months. With Jessica hard work and determination she ate clean and worked out HARD. She also was drinking Yoli, a healthy antioxidant freezed dried powder you add to your own water. She also came in 2nd in a Biggest Loser Contest that had taken place in our community. I am sure that each of Kyle's clients could write a book on their experience with her. She is a wonderful person, a top-notch trainer, and an inspiration for life. When I started with Kyle, I was nearing the completion of my MBA program. The program was an accelerated and extensive program that proved to be challenging when coupled with a full-time job and family obligations. Kyle helped me find the energy and determination to reach a little further, but not for others, for myself. During my workouts she challenged me but also respected (and corrected) my continuous fatigue and lack of desire to eat.
